Marlene brings to the table, over 20 years of innovative, restaurant management experience, along with the knowledge and wisdom to make every visit to Michael's a unique and memorable one. From signature dishes, fine wines and dining ambience, Marlene orchestrates all aspects to seamlessly blend and complement each other into a perfect whole.

Sharing Marlene's vision and zest for fine dining, Michael strives to instill a symphony of unique tastes and atmosphere into every dining experience. Meche developed his love for food and wine while training under renowned Chef, Patrick Healy; and honed his skills at such well-known establishments as Xiomara and Santorini.
